Mom and I were heading to Aunt Dolly's funeral early this morning and as we rounded the curve and approached the bridge, this is what we saw
It's corn. Lots of it.
It continues for about a half mile--almost all the way to the corner.
An entire semi-load of corn on the road.
Until this rots, grows or gets eaten I'm living at the end of the golden road.
How sad but it is remarkably spread over the entire road. Looks like it belongs there. Watch out for deer and others that may want to enjoy this spread.
ReplyDeleteI think they must have graded the road and spread it out. I can't even imagine how many deer this will attract. Some winters we have dozens come up to our bird feeders in the evening,
